Shipping (P&P): All items are well packed before dispatch and in most cases will require a signature on receipt. Shipping is charged at cost.

Payment in euros required before shipping. Payment may be made by credit card using our shopping cart, or by cheque;  euro or an international money order in euros, made payable to Barry Horton. Please see the Contact Barry Horton page for mailing address. Credit card payment is secure and will ensure quickest delivery.

All orders will be confirmed by e-mail followed by a further e-mail with confirmation of shipping date, usually within 3 days.

Our aim above all else is to please and offer true value for money, However we do recognise the possibility that either we or you may get it wrong. In this unlikely event, we shall work positively with you to ensure your ultimate satisfaction.

Should our products fail to please in any way, they will immediately be replaced or a full refund made on return of the products here. Should the products be returned for any reason that is beyond our control, we ask that you cover the postal charge. In any event, please do not return any product before contacting us. This will enable us to give you specific instructions, and we will then be expecting your package, and have a replacement ready, if required, or have made arrangements for your refund.
