Peg Rails. Buttermilk and Cherry

Hand made from solid wood these distinctive Shaker coat Rails have been hand painted with traditional milk paint while the Maple pegs have been stained to give a Traditional Shaker look. Lightly distressed and then lacquered they have a gently aged and warm New England look about them. Ready to fit with all fixings and screw-caps.

The rails are 3 1/4'' ( 83 mm ) wide, with holes drilled 6'' ( 152 mm ) apart. The end coat pegs are set in 3'' from the rail ends so that the rails can be fitted in continuous runs and even butted at corners, Coat Pegs are 3 1/2'' (90 mm ) long overall and protrude from the rail by 2 7/8'' ( 73 mm )
